Registration

To register in Haiti Digital Services website, follow these steps:

  1. Visit http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Click Haiti Skills tab in the navigation bar, then select Candidate Registration
  3. Enter your details in the Job Seeker Registration page and click Register when completed
  4. Ensure that you see a success message after completion of registration
  5. Your application will be reviewed and approved by CFI. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to approve your account. If your account is not approved for more than 2 weeks, you may reach out to CFI at: infodigital@cfihaiti.com
  6. Once your account is approved, an email notification will be automatically sent to confirm your account. You can then login to the Haiti Digital Services website with your registered username and password.

Yes, you can visit most of the pages in the website without creating an account. But to apply for Job openings, you will need to create an account.

Login To Your Account

Once you have registered and have received an email confirmation that your account is approved, you can then access your account. To login to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Click on the Login button at the top right of your screen
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Click Login

If you are unable to login, it is most likely that your account has not been approved yet. It usually takes 1-2 weeks before your application is reviewed and approved. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.

To reset your password, go to the Login screen and select the Lost your password? option. Enter your username or email address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Search For Jobs

To search for job openings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Login with your details
  3. Once you have logged in successfully, click the Haiti Skills tab in the navigation bar then select Search Jobs

Apply For Jobs/Employment Opportunities

To apply for jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Login with your details
  3. Once you have logged in successfully, click the Haiti Skills tab in the navigation bar then select Search Jobs
  4. Select a job from the list, then click Apply for Job

The employer will evaluate your application and if the employer is interested in hiring you, they will notify you directly through email or the contact details provided by you.

Registration

Getting Listed in the Website

For a firm to qualify to be listed in the ‘Domestic Service Providers’ page, it must be a BPO service provider or a firm providing prominent support services to the BPO sector (e.g. telecom firms), and have business operations in Haiti. We also strongly encourage relevant BPO firms and support service providers in Haiti to be a part of AHTIC (ICT Association of Haiti). The approval and listing process for AHTIC members in the Haiti Digital Services website are much faster. Note that the final decision to have a firm listed in the website rests with CFI.

To get listed in the ‘Domestic Service Providers’ page, send your firm details to CFI at: infodigital@cfihaiti.com, using the prescribed ‘Information Template’ available in the ‘Domestic Service Providers’ page.

For a real estate space to qualify to be listed in the ‘Real Estate Options’ page, the space has to offer facilities that are suitable for BPO operations. Note that the final decision to have a firm listed in the website rests with CFI.

To get listed in the ‘Real Estate Options’ page, send your facility details to CFI at: infodigital@cfihaiti.com, using the prescribed ‘Information Template’ available in the ‘Real Estate Options’ page.

For a firm to qualify to be listed in the ‘Providers’ page under ‘Finishing Schools’, the firm must provide training or recruitment services for the BPO sector in Haiti. Note that the final decision to have a firm listed in the website rests with CFI.

To get listed in the ‘Providers’ page, send your firm details to CFI at: infodigital@cfihaiti.com, using the prescribed ‘Information Template’ available in the ‘Providers’ page.

Access Bpo Sector Information

You can find most of the information on the BPO sector in Haiti under the ‘BPO’ and ‘Investor Arena’ pages.  The sub-sections (or pages) under Investor Arena provides all the basic information required by an investor to setup BPO operations in Haiti. It offers information on the following:

  • Service Delivery:Overview of the existing BPO service delivery in Haiti
  • Service Providers:Details on all the BPO service providers who have business operations in Haiti
  • Real Estate Options:List of potential BPO real estate options available in Haiti
  • Sector Incentives:List of incentives and benefits offered to BPO investors

 

Information on the Training & Recruitment providers in Haiti is available in the ‘Providers’ page under ‘Finishing School’. Besides information on the skills in Haiti and provision to post job openings are available in ‘Haiti Skills’ page. Note that these features in the ‘Haiti Skills’ page are available only to registered users.

Find Talent

To search for available talent, follow these steps:

  2. Login with your details
  3. Once you have logged in successfully, click the Haiti Skills tab in the navigation bar then select Skills Registry

Yes. In the Skills Registry, based on the firm’s requirements one can search candidates with specific technical or language skills.

Hire Candidates

Yes. You can hire the right candidate(s) for your firm through the Haiti Digital Services Website using the following three methods,

  • Post a new job opening in the platform using the ‘Post Job Openings’ option and receive applications from candidates
  • Search for candidates in the ‘Skills Registry’ and reach out to them directly through their email
  • Seek the help of a recruitment service provider in Haiti who can help with your hiring process. The details of recruitment service providers in Haiti are available in the ‘Providers’ page under ‘Finishing School’

To post job openings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Login with your details
  3. Once you have logged in successfully, click the Haiti Skills tab in the navigation bar then select Post Job Openings
  4. Enter the details of job requirements and click Preview once completed.
  5. Click Submit Listing to post the job.

Yes. To remove jobs that has been posted by your firm, follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.haitidigitalservices.com
  2. Login with your details
  3. Once you have logged in successfully, click Profile, then select Manage Jobs
  4. In the Manage Jobs listings page, click the Delete option corresponding to the job listing you want deleted
